Best so far eventhough mine was a little gritty.
1week in : So far the best one I have had. Makes me feel more energized and doesn’t bother my sleep. My only thing is that it is gritty. I mix it into my overnight oats and i can feel the texture, like sand. It bothered me at first but I will keep trying to see what happens.3 weeks in (i take this daily) and I’ve gotten kinda used to the texture so it doesn’t bother me as much, but my muscles are visibly more defined than they were a couple weeks ago which is kinda trippy coz I don’t feel “puffy” like with other creatines i’ve tried. I hope the gritty texture is just this one batch coz I might keep this in rotation from now on. Finally a creatine I can comfortably and confidentally recommend.

This is my son’s first creatine product, it has absolutely no flavor! Sometimes unflavored products have a weird taste or smell, but not this one. The quality is great, he definitely feels the difference one days he forgets to drink it. We haven’t noticed any skin changes with the product or health benefits outside of not getting as tired through workouts.

I’ve been supplementing creatine for years and this is hands down the best one. You can tell it’s good quality because it’s not gritty like most creatine powder. I have not experienced any stomach discomfort. I’m already noticing the difference in my muscle definition and energy during workouts.
