These are the best BY FAR!! I suffer from total incontinence I use to use a Purewick at night. These make it a lot easier to sleep at night without worrying about leakage. I use these strictly for nighttime.

These are great incontinence underwear. I have ordered these directly from Because previously, but I find their marketing practices to be deceptive. Twice now, they have taken an order from me and automatically made it a standing order (subscription). So, I thought I’d try ordering from Amazon to avoid that hassle. They’re also a bit cheaper from Amazon.BUT…These may be ‘seconds’ in manufacturing. As I said, I have purchased these directly from Because Market. These that I received from Amazon have an uncomfortable spot towards the rear of the absorbent pad. It’s like there is extra glue in there that is harder and less flexible. And that spot seems to be exactly where my bottom contacts the chairs I sit on, so it is constantly an irritation. I try flexing and bending in that area before I put them on to break up the solidity, and maybe that helps a little. I would give them 5 stars if not for that uncomfortable fact. In spite of this manufacturing defect, they still absorb very, very well. I’ve done a lot of research, and the ability to hold up to 6 cups is unique in the industry. So, I have mixed feelings about another purchase.
