An excellent robot vacuum cleaner and mop
I love this robot vacuum cleaner! It is the second Tikom robot vacuum cleaner I have. The first one, an older model, has already exceeded my expectation. This new model is even better with a stronger suction power. It picks up more dirt and debris than both the older model and my Shark robot vacuum cleaner. The best I like about this model is that it comes with a remote control. For people who don’t want to go through the trouble to download the app and control the robot through WiFi connection, the remote control comes very handy. It allows me to select all the functions I need to clean my floor: “Spot clean” for heavy traffic area; “Edge clean” to make sure all the edges inside my house are cleaned; “Smart clean” to have the robot to systematically clean a big area in a zigzag pattern, just like we humans do. You can also use it to control the vacuum suction power level, the mop water supply level, and even command the robot to go back to the charging station. In addition, this new model comes with a boundary strip to prevent the robot from going to the “forbidden area”. The mop function is also great. I normally use it after the vacuum is finished. My floor looks spotless after the robot finishes both vacuum and mopping, archiving the same result as any professional cleaning I used to use. I will not hesitate to recommend this robot vacuum cleaner to any of my friends.

As a university student, I have a heavy workload of assignments every day, leaving me with very little extra time for indoor cleaning. A group of boys made the room floor extremely dirty.I compared several robot vacuum cleaners and chose this Tikom G8000. Basically, it has 5000Pa of suction power, so vacuuming won’t be a problem. However, for the dirty floor, a mop function is also necessary. I saw that it can add water and has a detachable mop cloth. Functionally, it can meet the room cleaning needs. I’ve been using it for a week, starting it about twice, and it has done a good job both times. It not only mopped the floor clean but also went under the sofa to clean some unseen corners. Many other features, such as remote phone control, scheduled cleaning, and route planning, are completely unnecessary for me, and I don’t have time to study how to use them. I just press the start button when I leave the room and then go to class. I’m very satisfied with its performance, although for a student, it would be even better if it were a bit cheaper.

So much more convenient than a handheld!
This is my first robot vacuum after switching from handheld and it’s great! It’s not as loud as a handheld vacuum and is able to reach the undersides of some of my furniture/some nooks and crannies that the handheld cannot. I live in a studio apartment and the size and battery life is perfect for getting a quick clean in. The vacuum’s capacity is also enough so I don’t have to change it every single clean. The robot vacuum is able to detect chair legs and clean around them, so every floor area is covered. I enjoy the convenience of leaving it to clean while I’m gone, but there are also numerous features that allow you to directly control the robot’s functionality.I’ve only had the robot for a few weeks and haven’t gotten the chance to use the mop function on my hardwood floors yet, but will update my review when I do. I’m really happy about the convenience that this little robot has provided me.
