Follow the instructions on this one. Use in fifteen minute sessions max, max 3 times a day. The reason that this and all other massage products time out after 15 min. is for safety, so that you don’t damage the nerves in your back. Use this in an upright chair, do not use it in a recliner or try to lay on it. Put it aside when you are not using it, this is not a replacement cushion for your chair.The knobs on this one are soft yet firm. The heat works great. I use it on a daily basis and it helps loosen my back. The knobs don’t completely reach all parts of you back but rather along each side of the spine which works for me just fine.If it does not get low enough then the manual does suggest sitting on pillow to raise yourself. But be warned, it will hurt if the knobs hit your pelvis bone.

Worth purchasing and it works
Have had some back problems due to some medical issues. Decided to take a chance and purchase this massage pad. Imagine my surprise when it was able to actually massage my muscles and tissues deep enough to make a difference. My husband gladly uses it as he watches TV and says it is a great buy. Our household highly recommends it.

Works Too Good……But Not For Petite Frame
I gave this four stars because it is pretty powerful and does what it says it will do but deducted a star because the massage does not reach my lower back. The heat is mild and the vibration is fine, although am not really interested in the vibration aspect. This is my own fault because I was so excited to receive it that I used it three times in six hours and really went for deep tissue but it actually left bruising on my back. No fault of the product, it was just doing what it is supposed to do. But a word to folks who are on the petite side, you may need to add a towel or a blanket in addition to the back pad provided. I also found that the rollers hit my shoulder blades where you can see the bruising and I really needed it closer to my spine. Maybe built for someone a little taller and broad shoulders. For reference I am 5‘2“. I need to return the product, but I think it would be a great buy for somebody with a bigger frame.

What is the right height for this?
I work in kitchens and am fairly short in stature. I bought this to help alleviate shoulder and back pain and would definitely recommend. It has eased so much pain.I will say if you’re short this does reach a little too high when doing a full back. I learned that the hard way after it pummeled my neck a little too hard, but that’s mostly user error on my end. The warming feature takes a hot sec to amp up but that’s not a huge deal when I just keep hitting the power button whenever it turns off 😂

It is a little “harsh” on the back, just like the notes say. The cure is easy and everything you need is in the box. The drop down flap helps, but if you flip the bottom cushion up to the back and it is perfect.. The vibrator still works and quite frankly it feels a lot better on your back than on you butt. It feels good!

This massager is great. It presses quite hard, but you can try pull some of your weight off it to reduce the pressure. Unfortunately the pressure is not adjustable, and would not be adjustable with the way it works.Also you require a chair with a high backrest that can support it. All and all it’s a great product that’s really affordable. I doubt they can produce a cheaper product that can do more. Definitely worth the buy if you need something to massage the back
