Great budget smartphone
This phone works great. It doesn’t have all the features of a standard phone (NFC, Biometrics, Certain apps may not be supported, etc.) but it’s still a decent Samsung device. The screen resolution is lower and will be noticeable if you are switching from a higher end device, but it’s not unbearable for the price. I have Ultra Mobile, and it connected right away once the sim was inserted. Read the description carefully, as not all networks will work on this device.

It works with a southamerican carrier
My biggest fear was that it would not work for my mom visiting us in the us who’s phone died. Happily this phone works for internacional carriers specifically Tigo from South America. Only problem is the chager if you look at the pictures its a weird plug that doesn’t work in the US or any of the Americas. I used the cable but charged very slow.
