One of the safest PWO out there for daily workouts!!
So if u looking for something that will make u rip off your t shirt off Hulk style, this is NOT it. Thats why most of the “hardcore” PWO all have the same base ingredient which is 300mg+ caffeine. But this will also crash your energy levels later (typically high caffine use) and its also NOT good for your heart long term. High caffeine spikes up your heart rate and a high beating HR is not good for cardiac health as u grow older.This only has 175mg caffeine. It’s perfect to get a mild energy boost in the morning without your heart beating out of your rib cage. The added creatine and beta alanine also help with focus.I’ve been working out for over a decade now and have had my share of high caffeine PWO, Sarms, EC Stack etc but wouldn’t touch those even with a yard stick. This is perfect for everybody. A single scoop on an empty stomach 20 mins prior and u good to do and u can power thru a 40 min run or a 40 min gym session. No energy crash afterwards nor it keeps u awake at night.I’m on my 2nd jar now and unless ON changes the formulation later, this will remain a daily staple in my fitness life. This is one of the best PWO out there that offers clean, safe energy and under $30. Only downside is the taste but then its a PWO ….just suck it up and chug it down the throat.

Really solid pre-workout mix.
My favorite pre-workout. Actually tastes surprisingly good. Gives a solid energy boost without the crash after. Typically just pour a scoop or two into a bottle of water, shake it up for like 10 seconds, and it’s good to go. Doesn’t clump when mixing. Haven’t tried the other flavors or mixing it with anything other than water, but do feel like you could probably add this to a smoothie with pretty decent success.

mine didn’t come with a scoop? so i had to use the one from my creatine supplement that is only 6.5 g instead of the 10g suggested. the pre workout itself tastes good. mixes well. just wish i had an accurate form of measurement.

This pre-workout gives me great energy to push through my workouts from start to finish. It helps keep my heart rate in the right zone, which I’ve noticed helps me burn more calories. got this for volleyball practices to keep up the hype for the team since i have ADHD and this makes me go crazy. it keeps me energetic and does its job though the flavour is not particularly delicious, it’s not bad either, just a bit harsh and probably not my preference. will have to try the other flavours.i recommend but beware of how much you drink if you have ADHD/ADD or something similar.
