A touch of coolness and color without the headache
I built a custom kitchen chandelier that sits over my island and uses ten traditional A19 bulbs. When I have all the bulbs on, this chandelier light is super bright and works perfectly for my kitchen. I built this fixture back in 2014 and over the years, LED bulbs have improved in design however the whites originally available have also changed with new technology. I found it more and more difficult to match whites and color temp, so the 10 bulbs stayed uniform in appearance and maintained dimming capabilities when needed. So back to the drawing board I went and found the Linkind brand of bulb by AiDot.This bulb now opened a whole new world of possibilities and directly replaced my aging A19 base bulbs. These bulbs offer a variety of settings and features through the ability to connect to your wireless network without any hub or additional hardware needed. Simply screw the bulb in and with the use of the downloadable app, you connect the bulb to your network and can even pair these with your Alexa (as in my case) or Goole Home system for Smart home control. This was a huge plus out of the gate and so simple to setup and get going.First thing I noticed was the brilliant white light being emitted. The white was not only whiter than any previous LED bulb I had been using but also much brighter. I love a bright kitchen and the ability to see everything when I want. I immediately started playing with the app settings playing around with colors and temps to see the full range of possibilities. These bulbs allow the full spectrum of colors from either presets or a color wheel. I didn’t find a HEX editor to specify a specific code, but the presets and wheel give you all the possibilities you could want in my opinion. The temps are available between 1800K and 6500K with brightness range of 0-100% so you pretty much have full freedom to set these bulbs as you desire.There are also a ton of custom pre-programmed presets for modes like party and dancing to spring and fall palettes. Several holiday presets are also available to set anything from St Patrick’s Green to a range of Christmas colors and sparkles. My 3-year-old grandson even has a favorite mode labeled ‘spooky’ where the lights start off white and randomly switches to pulsing red and then back to white. He gets a kick out of this mode when he’s visiting.The bulbs are pretty cool to touch even after prolonged use and everything is controllable through my Alexa speakers. I can simply say ‘Turn on the kitchen lights’ to have them turn on and set the brightness or mode through Alexa as well. Even my 3-year-old grandson knows how to control them through Alexa which we had to guide him once he knew how, so he wasn’t constantly turning them on or off and setting the ‘spooky’ mode when we didn’t want that mode on. He’s so cute with these though we have some fun for sure.

Easy to install works beyond expectations!!!
I am thrilled with these bulbs!!! My kids love the changing colors (which I was surprised by didn’t realizethat was an opption). I have horrible lighting in my living room it’s always so dark & these bulbs are super bright and make it so much brighter now. My daughter and I are extremely light sensitive too with the capability of being able to chose the color & brightness level. I feel this will truly help with our sensitive issues. They were very easy to install, first I had to down load the (Aidot) app which came with a QR Code once it was installed, I was able to link my alexia app on my android phone via blue tooth to my Alexa Show device to operate the lights by Voice command so all of us can simply say Alexia turn on Lamp 1, ect… We do have to give individual camands for each lamp. I haven’t figured out how to group them together yet? It’s okay because sometimes I only want 1 lamp on anyways, we can even tell Alexa show how much brightness we want and the color with out even having to get up. I did find out we can only Bluetooth the bulbs to one device at a time. As an added bonus, I can scedual the lamps to come on in the am and go off at bed time, set a nightlight for the kids. If it’s dark out and we come home late I can turn the lights on with my Alexia app on my phone before we even enter the house so we are not comming in the house when it’s dark. I fell it was a very smart prchase. I will be investing in more and possibly some of the plugs.

These are the best lights I’ve ever used. They are so easy to set up. You can also use Alexa with them or their app. I was so excited to get these lights that I ended up buying more. I love the options to make my loft into a disco with these lights. And in my bedroom, I have calm blue colors. I even bought some for my downstairs bathroom so that when guests come over, they’ll get a little bit of a surprise I love the ease of setting up the lights and the idea of changing them all various different colors is so cool. I have used other lights from other brands that do not work very easily and are not compatible with Alexa, but these lights are phenomenal. I want them in every single room to create an ambience.. I bought several directly from their website after my purchase on Amazon. It was just so easy to set up and I appreciated that because I’m technically challenged. I love that. I have it set up on a timer and when I come home every time my lights are on and they’re very pretty.. I have gotten so many compliments on these lights like oh my goodness how cool is this and then I let them know the brand because like I said, I’ve had other brands that I’m like oh my goodness I cannot connect this for the life of me, but this is an easy set up. I encourage you to buy you will not be disappointed and you too will have a cool room like me… Well, several rooms. 😀
