Enjoyed it while it lasted but surprisingly got a replacement with no charge!
I hadn’t given a review on this when I bought it in Sep of 2024 because I wanted to use it for a I period of time before doing so! I used it practically every day and loved the way my meals came out. It unfortunately stopped working 8 months in (while I was using it). I wasn’t sure I could receive a new one without a warranty but I decided to email Kitchen Elite support and told them what happened and they requested a video of the issue. After supplying everything they needed, THEY SENT A REPLACEMENT WITH NO CHARGE! The service was prompt and communication was pleasant. Got the air fryer the next week and I’m loving it still! All in all, great product for the price, easy to use and clean, makes cooking time much faster (as most appliances do 🤭) and customer service is excellent! Worth the buy

So far so good
I giving 5 stars. But let it be known, I have only used it about a dozen times. Settings work well. Easy to use. Can put both riser plate and basket in dishwasher for easy cleanup. No complaints yet. If it makes it a year, I will feel like I got my money’s worth

Didn’t last long at all
It was good until it wasn’t. I bought august 2024 it gave out on us Feb 2025. We didn’t use it often enough to be so tired to just stop working. Buyer beware.UPDATE!!!I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The defective air fryer was replaced with no cost to me. The company was very helpful and kind and really wanted me to have a wonderful experience with their product. I’m beyond satisfied. I haven’t used the replacement yet but the fact that they rectified the problem in a timely manner and free of charge says a lot about the integrity of this company!

Update: Customer Service responded quickly and sent me a replacement without any hassle! So far, so good! Crossing my fingers this one lasts, because before any issues, I loved it!Purchased this August 24,2024. It started having issues in recent months registering the basket was inserted. Sometimes it would continue running when the basket was pulled out, other times we had to push/pull it in and out repeatedly to get it to work – now it doesn’t register/turn on at all. Came back to check if there is a warranty and see others saying it stopped working at 7 months for them, as well. I’m now regretting giving away the air fryer I had been using for years with no issues.Prior to this, however, I thought it was great. I reached out to customer service, and will update my review if they respond/replace it.

Good customer service
I originally bought this air fryer back in August of last year. It performed really well until about a month ago, it started acting up and turning off randomly while cooking. Eventually, it stopped working altogether, even though there was no damage to the machine. I decided to email Kitchen Elite directly and tell them what happened. Their customer service team was quick to respond, and after a little bit of correspondence with them, they ended up sending me a new replacement for free. So even though the original air fryer only lasted about 7 months, I’m giving it 5 stars because I like the air fryer and I appreciate the way their company handled the situation.

I wrote the review below and gave it 1 star, after this product quit working. No expectations! To my surprise and delight, the company contacted me asking for an opportunity to “make it right” by sending me a replacement air fryer. It arrived yesterday, 4/10/25. Outstanding customer service that I appreciate so much. I do love the air fryer and hope it continues to perform well. Thank you for making it right!Purchased this on 8/24/24 and it quit working on 3/28/25. No reason. I keep it free from grease and there was no reason for this to happen. Disappointed to say the least. But as they say, you get what you pay for. 🤬🤬🤬
