I’m a regular 42 but this runs ever so slightly small for me, nothing losing 5lbs wouldn’t fix. The legs in the pants are tapered so be advised if you don’t like the skinny legs look or if you can’t pull it off. They are advertised as being a slim fit. The waste does expand to give you extra room. The fabric is good, it’s a solid summer suits! The waste and length in the pants was as advertised. Would buy again
