This smart watch is a great gift for kids and works really well for staying connected. I got this for my 5 year old and she loves it. The GPS tracker is accurate, and the calling feature is very handy. It was easy to set up, and my child loves using it. 9/10 features don’t work and they charge your card with no notice
I got 2 of these watches for my boys that are on the spectrum so I could have a little bit of piece of mind when sending my 3 year old (that tends to elope any chance he gets) to preschool. I activated it 2 weeks before I gave it to my 3 year old so I had time to get to know the ins and outs. I didn’t know which plan to get so I called customer service, explained to the guy what exactly I was looking for out of it and asked which plan he would suggest to meet those needs. The response I got was “you should get the service that suits your needs”😐 I just picked the first one since they were extremely unhelpful. Once my son started wearing it, i notice that his gps lagged terrible, it wasnt updating his current location and when id try to restart his device, open the guardianship video, or even call his watch it would pop up a message saying “device is offline or may be powered off” or “in call” other times it would show his location was over 2000 miles away. Fast forward to today I’ve had it activated for 3 weeks, my son has ONLY worn it to preschool so 6 days (18 hours combined) and I noticed a 5 dollar charge not even a week after I gifted the watch to my son. I called customer service and they told me it was because my son exceeded his text limit..my son is 3..he does not text, I did not text him so i dont understand how he exceeded it or why i was blindly charged with no type of email or text warning/notice. Overall I am not pleased! I now have to disappoint my boys by taking back their birthday gift

Lots of great features for kids
This smart watch is loaded with both fun and functional features to keep my kids safe and provide a bit of entertainment. I bought it primarily for the GPS tracking and call functions so I can communicate with them after school. Using the app, I can actually see which exit of the school my daughter is leaving from and track her movement to the parking lot. Sometimes she will play behind the school for a bit and this gives me peace of mind to know where she is. It has an SOS call function so she can easily call me in an emergency. It also has regular call capability. We can even make video calls so I can have visual feedback. It can be worn as either a watch or on a lanyard, with a cute, protective, kitty case. There are also 2 watch straps, one velcro and the other silicone. Plenty of choice how to wear it. It fees durable and well suited to use by children. There is also a screen protector that comes with it for extra protection. The interface has clear icons that are easily understandable, even if the child isn’t reading well yet. They are all accessible by touch and swipe which is familiar to her from tablet usage. There are a lot of apps and I won’t outline them all, but the icons are all shown in the product description. They include the regular and video call, educational and game apps, camera, etc. All usage can be monitored and regulated through the app which is nice. It’s a nice watch and she loves the look of it.
