Good tent – Amazing Customer Service
When I opened it at the campground, it had a small rip. Even though it was disappointing , but I was still able to set it up and use it for 4 nights. I really liked it(besides the rip). It’s very roomy and easy to set up. When I got back, I wanted to return it. The seller was fast and excellent in responding and helping me with the refund, and that’s the main reason why I gave it a 5-star

Highly recommend this tent it went through a heavy rain storm and a heavy wind storm with no leaks and no condensation on the inside of the tent like tents we’ve gotten in the past. Would definitely buy again!!

Nice tent
This is a nice tent and at a great price range for similar tents like so.The instructions suck, knocked a star off for that. But luckily we had already bought a VERY similar tent therefore we kinda knew what we were doing.I do love that there’s 2 rooms that you can zip up to keep apart, or zip down (but there’s 2 different parts to zip, so it can kinda have one up, using the other as a door.Fairly easy to take down.I think it’s a great family tent, but I do suggest bringing something else to store things in, if you’re like me and over pack.

This tent is like a portable castle for campers who want comfort, space, and a touch of glamping vibes. With room for 4–6 people (or a few smaller humans), it’s got all the features you’d hope for—minus a butler to serve you s’mores.First off, it’s built like a champ with double-stitched seams and zippers that glide like butter, reinforced with Velcro for extra weatherproofing. The rainfly is the star of the show, doubling as an awning for shaded lounging or rolling up for breezy airflow. When fully deployed, it’s basically the rain-blocking superhero you didn’t know you needed, covering all sides down to the ground. Bonus points for the screened ceiling—perfect for stargazing when the weather cooperates.The setup, however, might make you feel like you’re decoding an ancient artifact. With instructions only in Chinese, it’s a good thing the process isn’t rocket science. Quick tip: metal poles go on the ground, fiberglass poles over the top, and your patience somewhere in between.Once it’s up, the two-room, two-door layout feels like a camping palace. The spacious windows and screened doors keep it airy, while the double-layer design keeps out rain and creepy crawlies. Whether you’re camping with family or just like a lot of space to stretch out, this tent is ready for anything—well, except pitching itself.

I got this tent to use to sleep on retreats for a charity that I’m involved with. Usually just two day stents. The tent is heavy and I would not want to carry it a long distance.The 10 comes well packaged in a carrying bag folded up with all needed holes and ropes. One thing, depending on how the tent is set up (with or without the rainfly), you might want to get two extra poles for the canopy out front.There’s a video included on the product page that I watched for assembly of the tent. It was very helpful. Putting the tent together the first time was OK, but improved over multiple experiences.You have a choice of putting the rain flag on or not. Without the rain fly there’s a great exposure to the sky in the tent. Way out where I would be the stars are wonderful. Was the rain fly two canopies can be set up, even though the only when it comes enough poles for one. This is easily remedied.This tent is very spacious and open. Perfect for the scenarios that I would use it. I’ve only played with it so far, I won’t be actually using it until the spring. I am looking forward to that.

Missing parts…..
I might have given this a better review had all the parts been included and the instructions are actually readable. They are in another language, the pics are about useless and its missing parts. At the current price point i will not be recommending. Its more trouble amd frustrating than its worth just to he missing parts anyways. I have a ridiculous amount of tents for work outtings fr my employees. There are definately better out there for the price point
