Good for my everyday tasks
The light weightness compared to how large the screen size is and compared to how thin it is when close is great for on the go work. I use it when I am on the road doing some client meet ups. I pair it with my projector and it the both work well for my presentations. The battery life is decent. I am able to stay on battery power for my whole work day. The sound quality is also decent if I need to show a video and there aren’t any speakers. Over all a good laptop with decent performance and quality build.

Good enough for what you need
I bought this as a disposable laptop, one that I won’t be too sad about if something happens to it. I’ll compare it to my Macbook Air M2, not because that’s a fair comparison but just to let you know if the trade-offs are worth it.It’s over $1000 less than what I paid for the Macbook Air. That’s the big win. It also (hilariously) has twice the memory, and in my ordinary usage it never remotely approached using all that RAM. There’s a lot of value for money here.The screen is dimmer (probably ~300 nits vs 500), it’s listed as having just 6 bit color depth and of course it has nowhere near the pixels that a Retina display has, battery life is ~4 hours under average use (several hours worse than the Air), it comes with WiFi 5 for some odd reason so expect 30-35% slower downloads though still usable, the keyboard is kind of clacky, and the trackpad is a little springy. It’s about 50% heavier and thicker than the Macbook Air, but plastic case instead of aluminum. Be aware the speakers are bad – barely usable.I ran Geekbench 6.4 with the laptop plugged in and it clocked in with a score of 1177 single core and 2928 multi-core. For comparison’s sake, my Macbook Air M2 scored 2645 single core and 9579 multi-core. But again, $1000 price difference, so performance vs. cost and for productivity apps like Office or basic social media/old games I’d doubt you’d notice. It’s a solid buy depending on your needs.

I bought this for my daughter. She needed a laptop and I was looking for one that was inexpensive. She loves it! Not much more to say. She hasn’t had it long enough to do anything but turn it on but with all the great reviews, I think I made the right choice.

Battery life is terrible
The laptop is great in terms of how it runs and the look of it. My major issue (the reason I returned it) is that the battery lasts less than 5 hours on a good day. I wanted a new work laptop because my old one’s battery was bad. Turns out it was much cheaper to just replace the battery of the old one than get this laptop. If they fix the battery life issue, this laptop will be a contender. For now, it’s two stars.
