Been using this daily, very frequently for about 2 years. Bought a couple other brands, this one has been very very solid. Long battery life, very strong massage intensity, no problems or issues running it frequently. Rarely leave reviews but had to for this. Good product.

Final UpdateIf you read all of this review youa re going to read the back and forth I had with this product. After posting a two star review the company contacted me and want to give me another unit to test.It took quite a while for the new massager to arrive but affive it did and it has been working for weeks ever since.I have to say this is fantastc customer service like I have never experieinced before and I want to change my rating to a 4 star (perhaps a 5 would be even more accurate) for their exceptional care and concern.Buy this unit and buy it with confidence that this company will make it right if there are any problems.ANOTHER UPDATE -The company offered to replace the defective unit and I told them I have already bought a different brand but I would let my son try the new replacement and buy it for him.OK- so today it came and if it works and my son likes it I will buy it for him– I will keep you posted. By the way it would have been nice to have them send a message that it was coming.If it works I will rewrite this and update my ratings which I just gave them an extra star moving from 1 to 2 for their efforts.Just for the record I did research on this unit and 7000 reviews are positive.
