A little bigger watch than before, new watch band design
It is similar to the watch I have ordered in the past with some minor changes. One that confused me at first is the watch band. First of all, it was not attached when it arrived, with my poor eyesight it took a few minutes to finally install. l thought I had it on backwards because the closure works differently. The band does not have a loop to thread through on the other side to keep the loose end in place, instead it threads under the other side to rest next to your skin. Once you get used to it, it is easy and smart, no little loop to break off and allow the band to fall off. But it is unusual. The watch itself works and is fairly easy to use once paired to your phone. It is slightly larger than the previous version.

Don’t swim with it
I really enjoyed this watch but swam with it and ruined it. Otherwise good watch wish there were more choices for watch face, don’t swim with it

Disappointed in this Watch
Really disappointed in this watch. I had one previously for 3 years and it was amazing. After it fell apart I got another one. This one is wakes me up every morning at 8:30 with an alarm that I did not set. This just started happening. It does not track steps accurately. I have to press the button twice to see the time. The previous watch only once. I am ready to throw it away. Wish it worked and preformed like the first watch. Very sad.

Doesn’t track sleep consistently
This is my third watch of this type that pairs with the VeryFitPro app. The first one, purchased from a different seller, lasted over 3 years and still worked even after the watch face suddenly popped off. However, it needed to be replaced because my scotch tape solution was scratching my wrist (ha, ha).The first replacement I bought came from this seller, but after it failed to record my sleep twice in the first two weeks, I figured it was faulty and decided to exchange it, so the one currently on my wrist since only October 2024 was fine until sometime in December when it periodically stopped recording my sleep. It is totally random, but it has failed to record my sleep at least 10 times now.Since the whole purpose of this watch (other than to tell time) is to record steps and sleep, it is therefore doing only half of its job. Of course, there isn’t any product support for this issue (I checked), and the return window closed long ago. For $40ish dollars, you’d think the watch would last longer than 2 months before having major issues.I don’t know why the older one I had was so much better, but I’m regretting that I threw it away. I don’t see myself buying another watch from this manufacturer/seller (I can’t tell who really makes it), so I’m not sure what I’ll do when this one stops working entirely, which seems highly likely. Such a shame, too, because it’s a great product otherwise.

It was a birthday present that stopped working after 2-3 months after purchase. I was very excited when it came because its perfect red colour as per description. Screen nice and bright, but with unfortunate of not working at all after 2 months of daily use. Oddly small magnetic sensitive charger – not impressed with that. Cannot find option HOW to contact seller, so any advice appreciated!

It’s larger than I expected but I’m older and appreciate the larger numbers for ease of seeing without glasses. I love the navy colour. Enjoy that I can choose a variety of clock faces. Does exactly what I wanted .. tracks steps and heartbeat. I’m enjoying it as my Fitbit was smaller but difficult to see..read. All in all happy and satisfied
