It took a minute for the cat to embrace the glove…but now she loves it!
A local unhoused cat has adopted me. After spending the winter in a heated area in my garage eating high calorie food, Opal was sporting a beautiful, thick winter coat. Spring has sprung here in Idaho and Miss Opal needed brushing but had no interest in allowing me to use a brush on her. A friend suggested these gloves so I thought I would give them a try. My first try, wearing both gloves didn’t go well. I decided to introduce the glove slowly, petting mostly with an unloved hand and occasionally, softly pet with the glove. It took a few days but now Opal is enjoying being groomed with the one glove approach. The hair that this glove removes is amazing! I have had great success with this product.

These work even better than expected! We have always had long-haired giant breed dogs who have a lot of hair. We currently have a German Shepard staying with us and I have never seen a dog shed like this in my life. Our Bernese Mountain Dogs and Saint Bernards don’t even come close! I bought these hoping for an easy way to remove all his excess hair and they are better than any brush I’ve tried. Highly recommend!

Best designed version of this product. I bought others which were basically flat plastic with bristles and a glove kind of glued on as an afterthought. They were ill fitting and awkward to use. This product started with the glove and melded the rubber layer on afterwards. This means the gloves fit like a well … glove. They even adjusted angle the bristles on the thumb of the glove so that they don’t turn inwards when you brush. Really very carefully thought out and beautifully designed. Don’t bother with any others.

OMG! My German Shepherd loves these! Awesome for her double coat and really great for a dry brushing and awesome for a wet bath!!! These are a game changer! Durable and my 12 year old girl loves these deep rubs! Hair removal is unbelievable! May need to shake or rinse on the bath but NOTHING I’ve tried is this thorough on a German Shepard!

Pretty good besides the fact that hair doesn’t get stuck in the brush. Rather it gets blown up in the air and sticks to you and the carpet. So would recommend for short haired dogs over long haired like mine. I’m sure my fathers dog will get some use out of them though

Godsend for a shedding long haired cat
Having a long haired cat is usually kind of a nightmare this time of year with all the huge balls of fur I’m always cleaning up. These gloves get an unbelievable amount of fur off my cat in such a short period of time that just brushing him with them once a week has virtually eliminated the stray fur everywhere. He’s also been getting fewer hairballs, is noticeably shinier, and LOVES being groomed with them. I was hesitant to spend this much on a pair of grooming gloves but being able to control his spring shedding is so worth the money for me! Matting isn’t really an issue for my cat’s fur so I can’t speak to whether they help keep mats at bay but I would think that regular brushing with these would help prevent mats in long haired cats.
